With the weather and logistical challenges that the FWT has had to endure the last few years, it’s nice to see that magical combination of sun and powder on the day of competition.
It wasn’t perfect, with a few riders getting caught off-guard by a punchy raincrust under the snow. But the conditions allowed, finally, for an absolute world class day of freeriding.
And at the end of the day, we had a couple Canadians standing on the podium.
