Sage Cattabriga Alosa is one of the best, and most popular skiers today. If winning the Powder Poll for Best Male Skier and the award for Best Male Performance doesn’t tip you off, go watch one of his segments. He is also one of the most down to earth people you’ll ever meet. In an industry where bravado and trying to be cool is all too prevalent, Sage is a breath of fresh air as he seems to emit none of that.
In this episode, we talk about how Sage came up in the ski world with shredding then washing dishes at Alta. We discuss his love and need for creating art, and how that relates to seeing lines and reading terrain. He also discusses the camaraderie and trust thats needed with his TGR teammates and how that has developed on an off the mountains.
Sage has just moved to Oregon with his new wife and absolutely lights up when talking about her and Divinia, her socially conscious clothing company which is based there.
