This just might be the best early season conditions Lake Louise has ever had. With almost 2 meters of fresh snowfall so far this season, 54 cm of it in the last 24 hours alone, Lake Louise is the place to be right now.
Tuesday night saw a massive dump that brought powder hounds out in droves to get it good on the frontside of the mountain. All were eagerly awaiting the opening of the Ptarmigan Chair on the backside but it looks like it will open tomorrow. All I can say is that with early season pricing still in effect Thursday looks to be another epic day not to be missed!
Also, this Saturday will mark the opening of all remaining lifts as well as the increase from early season pricing to regular rates. Get out and get it while the gettin’ (and prices) are good!
