Shaping Skiing is a 30 minute ski movie produced by 4Front skis. This is the 5th annual team video that gives extended segments to 4Front’s top athletes including, Cam Riley, Kye Petersen, Wiley Miller, David Wise, Eric Hjorleifson and Thayne Rich. The flick starts off with Hoji, who is one of our all time favourite skiers to watch. He heads up to Golden Alpine Holidays with many of the crew and they slay powder and pillows that were shattering deep. Wiley Miller goes next and brings his powerful and playful style to the next segment. It’s a pleasure to see how strong Wiley can shred. There’s a couple of park segments but they get back to the backcountry with Kye Petersen who drops a couple of pretty rad noboard lines before he puts on a clinic of pow and pillow prowess. Kye is an incredible skier with cat like reflexes and a bold style. These 3 segments alone make the movie worth watching but there’s a lot of other goodies in there too. Nicely played 4Front.
